Two windows, two models, one afternoon

Tooling speed is insane.

Window 1. Claude code updating schema for CRM to push data to it and to use MCP as the primary interaction point with the CRM. Schema customised to business

Window 2. Excel plugin building a regulatory cap model for SA-CCR that is responsive to forecast sensitivities.

If you have some coding capability and good market knowledge the productivity at the moment is insane.

Stand by my view that business need a new culture and shape to run at a speed to support tooling rather than tooling trying to keep up with the business.
